Winter Wonderland

Well, here I sit on this beautiful Sunday… staring out my window at this scenic view.  We have 4 fresh inches of snow (with more on the way tomorrow) and I am really thinking that the kids and I need to go outside and enjoy… but alas, winter has finally arrived in Minnesota and it is only currently a degree (1 stinking degree) outside.  So here we sit and wait for it to warm up a bit.  While we are waiting I have decided to catch up on my lengthy to do list.  No, not the list with the laundry and dishes on it- my teacherpreneur to do list! There are so many things that I have been meaning to do I don’t know where to start!

Since there is  a challenge going on with my fellow  Design for Success cohosts Ash from Ms. Idealistic and Jess from The Whimsical Teacher I thought I would start with a makeover…

I had several covers that were in DIRE need of an overhaul, like the one above.  I must say, I’m pretty pleased with the finished product! Next up on the list was to update some cover photos.  I went around to my different sites and put a new photo (actual picture of me) instead of just my logo.  I used the same picture that you see at the top of the blog here.  Finally, I uploaded a new product!  My Rocks and Minerals Interactive Notebook.  I used these foldables last spring during my earth science unit and they were a hit!  I plan on adding more to this product, so it will be a growing item.  It is being offered for just $1 until it is done growing- a great deal!

Last on my list for today was obviously a blog post.  I have really let things go the past few months with the introduction of Periscope and Blab :-/  Now that I’m converted to WordPress and figuring out all the kinks  I hope to do better!

Not gonna lie, I’m feeling pretty accomplished considering it is only 2pm and I’ve had to keep two little ones alive and entertained in the process 🙂  I am looking forward to the productivity that the rest of this week has in store!
