Confession: I love graphic tees
For as long as I can remember I have loved a good graphic tee. I’m going to assume that my obsession started here… around the age of 8. Getting your face transferred onto a t-shirt at Adventureland was like a right of passage for any child growing up on Long Island in the 80’s ;).
For the next 20 plus years my wardrobe has never been without a slew of t shirts with witty sayings. Fast forward to present day, when it has become trendy for teachers everywhere to rock such attire. My t-shirt loving heart be still!
There is no shortage of amazing teacher t-shirt creators out there and I love them all!
My colleagues and students love seeing all the different shirts that I wear to school. While I’m pretty sure my husband thinks I am quite nuts haha! After being quite the shirt consumer I decided to throw my hat in the ring and opened my own shirt shop In January of 2017.
In the matter of one night I combined my love of Rae Dunn and my love of t-shirts with several simple designs. I quickly came to find that creating t-shirts was an invigorating creative outlet!
Throughout the day you’re likely to hear me say “that needs to be on a shirt”. Jotting down ideas on my phone has been a life saver! While the majority of my shirts are created with teachers in mind I also enjoy designing shirts for non educators like this one.
